We aim to provide a comprehensive and transparent funeral planning service across <strong>Spain, Portugal and Cyprus<\/strong>.<\/p><p>However, if you decide that your chosen plan is not right for you, Elysium Funeral Plans provides a <strong>21-Day Consideration Period<\/strong> during which you may cancel your plan and receive a full refund, subject to the terms below.<\/p><h2>CANCELLING WITHIN THE 21-DAY CONSIDERATION PERIOD<\/h2><p>If you wish to cancel your Elysium Funeral Plan within the 21-Day Consideration Period, cancellation must be made <strong>in writing<\/strong> using one of the following methods:<\/p><h3>By Email:<\/h3><p><a href=\"mailto:clientcare@elysiumfuneralplans.com\">clientcare@elysiumfuneralplans.com<\/a><\/p><p>Your email must include:<\/p><ul><li>Your full name<\/li><li>Address<\/li><li>Date of birth<\/li><li>Elysium Plan Number<\/li><li>Confirmation that you wish to cancel the plan<\/li><\/ul><h3>By Recorded Mail:<\/h3><p>Client Care<br \/>Elysium Funeral Plans SL<br \/>C\/Carlos Cervera 14<br \/>Bajo<br \/>46006 Valencia<br \/>Spagna<\/p><p>You may, if you wish, tell us why you have decided to cancel. This information is entirely optional but may help us improve our services.<\/p><h2>REFUND<\/h2><p>Where cancellation is received within the 21-Day Consideration Period, Elysium Funeral Plans will process a <strong>full refund within 72 hours of receiving and verifying the cancellation request<\/strong>.<\/p><p>The refund will be made using the <strong>same payment method originally used to purchase the plan<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Under no circumstances will a refund be:<\/p><ul><li>Paid into a third-party bank account; or<\/li><li>Paid to a third-party credit or debit card.<\/li><\/ul><p>Please note that the time taken for the funds to appear in your account may depend upon your bank or payment provider.<\/p><h2>WHEN DOES THE 21-DAY PERIOD START?<\/h2><p>The 21-Day Consideration Period begins on the <strong>date the Elysium Funeral Plan is created<\/strong>, with that date counted as <strong>Day 1<\/strong>.<\/p><p>This 21-Day Consideration Period applies to plans purchased in <strong>Spain, Portugal and Cyprus<\/strong>, subject always to any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under the laws and regulations of the country in which the plan is purchased.<\/p><h2>AFTER THE 21-DAY CONSIDERATION PERIOD<\/h2><p>After the Elysium 21-Day Consideration Period has expired, <strong>voluntary cancellation is not normally permitted<\/strong>, except where cancellation, termination or a refund is required or permitted under the applicable law, the specific terms of the plan, or another contractual provision.<\/p><p>Any applicable statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.<\/p><h2>STATUTORY CONSUMER RIGHTS<\/h2><p>Elysium Funeral Plans SL operates across <strong>Spain, Portugal and Cyprus<\/strong> and recognises that consumers may have different statutory rights depending upon the country in which the contract is entered into and the circumstances of the purchase.<\/p><p>Nothing in these Terms &amp; Conditions is intended to remove, restrict or exclude any consumer right that <strong>cannot legally be excluded or restricted<\/strong> under the applicable law.<\/p><p>Where a statutory withdrawal, cancellation, refund or other consumer right applies, that right will take precedence over any conflicting provision of these Terms &amp; Conditions.<\/p><h2>TELEPHONE CANCELLATIONS<\/h2><p><strong>Under no circumstances will telephone instructions alone be accepted as a cancellation of an Elysium Funeral Plan.<\/strong><\/p><p>This is to protect both the Plan Holder and Elysium Funeral Plans and to ensure that there is a clear written record of the cancellation request.<\/p><p>Any cancellation must therefore be submitted <strong>in writing by email or recorded post<\/strong> as detailed above.<\/p><h2>IMPORTANT<\/h2><p>The 21-Day Consideration Period is an <strong>Elysium Funeral Plans contractual benefit<\/strong> and is provided in addition to any mandatory consumer protection rights applicable in <strong>Spain, Portugal or Cyprus<\/strong>.<\/p><p><strong><br \/>Elysium Funeral Plans SL<\/strong><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">Spagna <\/span><b>|<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\"> Portugal <\/span><b>|<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\"> Cyprus<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 18px; text-align: var(--text-align); -webkit-text-size-adjust: 100%;\"><b>Caring, Protecting &amp; Supporting you &amp; your loved ones.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>we are different We are confident that you will be happy with whichever Elysium Funeral Plan you choose.
