We said goodbye to Dan at the hospital. The support from Elisa at the hospital was excellent. Then a few days later we got the paperwork and the certificates and his ashes were brought to us. Elisa and Neal were always there for us. Be it a call or meeting in person. I don't know what we would have done without them.
