Cancellation Policy

We are confident that you will be happy with whichever Elysium Funeral Plan you choose. They offer the most all-inclusive solution currently available in the marketplace

However, in the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied, we have a simplified process for you to cancel your plan and receive a refund.

CANCELLING INSIDE THE 30-DAY CONSIDERATION PERIOD

If you wish to cancel the following are acceptable methods of cancellation

1. Via Email to clientcare@elysiumfuneralplans.com/ stating your name, address, date of birth and Plan Number. It would help us to improve our service if you could advise us why you decided to cancel but providing this information is entirely optional.
2. Via mail, by signing and completing the Cancellation Form and sending it to Client Care, Elysium Funeral Plans SL, C/Carlos Cervera 14, Bajo 46006 Valencia, Spain.
3. Please send the Cancellation Form via Recorded Post. It would help us to improve our services if you could advise us why you decided to cancel but providing this information is entirely optional.

You will receive a full refund within 72 hours. The refund will be to the same medium that was used to purchase the plan. Under no circumstances will we send the refund to a third-party bank account or credit a third-party credit or debit card.

Please Note: You have thirty (30) days with the day of creating the plan taken as day one (1) of the 30-day Consideration Period.

OUTSIDE THE 30-DAY CONSIDERATION PERIOD

The following are acceptable methods of cancellation:

1. 1. Via Email to clientcare@elysiumfuneralplans.com/ stating your name, address, date of birth and Plan Number. It would help us to improve our service if you could advise us why you decided to cancel but providing this information is entirely optional.
   2. Via mail, by signing and completing the Cancellation Form and sending it to Elysium Funeral Plans SL, C/Carlos Cervera 14, Bajo 46006 Valencia, Spain.
   3. Again, it would help us to improve our service if you could advise us why you decided to cancel but providing this information is entirely optional.

Your refund will be released to you within 14 days of us receiving your cancellation request. The reason for the longer timescale is that we must remove your funds

from investments in such a way that it does not undermine other plan holder’s positions and that their investments are protected.

We charge a €295 cancellation fee, which will be deducted from funds before they are released back to you.

If you have benefited from the free Will and cancel within 5 years, we will deduct the price of the Will as well as the cancellation fee. After 5 years this is waivered, although the cancellation fee is still charged. The cost of the Will varies from Will writer to Will writer in different areas, but the cost to us will be released to you at the time of cancellation.

The refund will be to the same medium that was used to purchase the plan. Under no circumstances will we send the refund to a third-party bank account or credit a third- party credit or debit card. If you have changed banks since taking out the Elysium Funeral Plan, Compliance will require evidence of this.
