The Duo Plan Is an exact replica of a Joint Plan but where a Joint Plan is made of two identical plans we have designed the DUO plan to not only allow plan holders to benefit from a discounted price if they decide to pay in full, but give them the opportunity to choose different plans for their specific beliefs.

We have introduced the DUO Plan, as we believe clients should be able to choose what they want, not what is dictated to them by a funeral plan provider.
There are 3 DUO plans to choose from:
DUO 1: a Clarity and Tranquility Joint Plan – a direct cremation and a traditional funeral service without a service
DUO 2: a Clarity and Serenity Joint Plan – a direct cremation and a traditional funeral with a service.
DUO 3: a Tranquility and Serenity Joint Plan – two traditional funerals, one with a service, the other without.
As these are Bespoke Plans, please contact us to create the chosen DUO.
The contents of the chosen plan would be exactly the same as it you had purchased the single variant.
Created to ensure that all family members over the age of 18 have the peace of mind that they are covered should they pass, enabling the surviving members grieve without the added stress of arranging the funeral and paying for it.
To start a Family Plan, we require two plan holders to purchase either a Joint or DUO plan and pay in full. Then further family members can be added to the plan as and when required.
The additional plan holders can pay for their funeral plans either in full or monthly and will benefit from having the corresponding Privilege Collection. Additional full payers will receive a €100 deduction from their plan.
To allow a plan to be entered onto a Family Plan, we will require evidence that there is a family link to the plan holders.

No parent wants to think of burying their child and to show our commitment to our clients, we have introduced Free Children’s Plans.
For every plan purchased in full, regardless of the plan, we undertake to provide a free funeral plan for a child related to the plan holder and if a Single, Joint or DUO Plan is purchased in full, we undertake to provide a free funeral plan for all children related to the plan holders.
The Free Funeral Plan offered will be a Clarity Plan – a direct cremation plan with no provision for either a service or mourners. Our other plans cn be offered at substantial discounts:
The Tranquility Plan a traditional funeral without any form of religious or humanist service but with mourners for €750 or
The Serenity Plan, as a Tranquility Plan but with a chosen service for €1,100 and if required this will include the service being led by one of our fully qualified Elysium Celebrants.
Evidence of relationship must be provided, before a Children’s Plan can be created.

Whist a noble gesture, it’s important to realise that not all bodies are suitable for this and so we would still recommend having a funeral plan in place to ensure your loved ones do not have the added stress of having to arrange your funeral not only dealing with the grief of your passing but also with the anxiety of your wish to having your body donated to medical science rejected.
On receiving formal notification that your body is suitable for medical donation and that your body has been received by the teaching hospital , Elysium will make a FULL refund, without cancellation fees to either your next of kin, another Beneficiary, or as a donation to the charity of your choice.
